When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection, and help prevent certain attacks against our Web Servers and our Web Site.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. While our system will strip this data and present publicly a version of the image with no Location Information, we do still store the original file and while this is not publicly shown on the site, the image is still accessable to the public.

How long we retain your data
Your data is retained as long as your account is active on our site. We save Order information going 5 Years back. 5 Years after the order has been made all personal information such as (Email, Name, Address, Account Associated with) will be removed and you will no longer be able to access this past order in your My Accounts Order History Section.
Orders that were Canceled and/or unpaid will be fully deleted from our system with in 5 Days of Cancelation. This helps ensure privacy of those who decided they no longer wanted to make a purchase from us.
Inactive accounts and all there personal information will be fully purged from our system once 2 years of inactivity has passed.
Review and Comment data is saved indefinetly. Even upon account deletion this Data will remain intact.
What rights do you have over your data
If you have an account on this site and would like us to delete your account fell free to contact us through the Contact Us page on our site and we would be happy to delete your account. Upon deletion of your account you will no longer be able to view any past order information. Deleting your account does not & will not delete any Reviews or Comments you have left. Reviews and Comments you leave are the permenant sole property of CannaGeneticsBank.com and can be used in marketing materials, graphics, to promote our products through what ever advertising channels we see fit.

We share your data as little as possible. However there are a couple times that your data must be shared. We share your personal and payment information when you complete your purchase on this site with our Credit Card Payment Processor. This must be done to ensure the security & processing of the transaction, as well as the security of you our Customer and your account.
IP information is collected and shared for with Google Analytics for analytical purposes that help us improve our sites functionality and performance, while providing an overall better shopping experience for you our customer.
