Where are you located?: We are located in the United States which means No More International Shipments, and No More Calling Banks to approve International Purchases.
I’m in New York or Illinois but cannot place an Order, why?: Well due to a few Bad Apples, we cannot take New York and/or Illinois payments online at this time. How and when will my Order be Shipped?: Your order is shipped by USPS mail only. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. All orders will ship with in 24 – 48 Business Hours (M – F), not including Holidays, and scheduled down times. (You will know if your delivery will be delayed before you purchase)
I did not receive a confirmation for my order!?: Please check your spam folder of your Email Inbox, if you do not find it in there and you are sure that your Order went through please email us at [email protected]. We will respond to you within 24 Business Hours.
I did not receive my tracking number for my order!?:Please check your spam folder of your Email inbox, otherwise if 48 Business Hours have passed since you ordered and you still have not received your tracking number, please email us from our contact page, with the email address you used for your order and what your ordered and we will get back to your within 24 Business Hours.
I did not receive my Order, what should I do?:If you have not received your Order please check your tracking number. If you have not received your order and the tracking number reflects this after 7 Days from being receiving your tracking number, please contact us at [email protected] and we will contact your back with in 24 Business Hours. We will get you a new package out immediately. Please understand if such circumstances arise we may not be able to provide everything from the initial order. If this is the case we will offer either a Refund of the missing products, Store Credit, or a Replacement strain of the same value.
