My Order was Damaged during Shipping?

While this doesn’t occur often we fully understand that it does and can happen. If you are making a Damaged Package Claim Pictures of the Damaged Items are a requirement in there original breeder packaging showing they are damaged while fully sealed and then we request you open the damaged items and show us that the actual seeds in there packaging are damaged as well.

All Damaged Package Claims must occur within 3 Business days of the packages delivery date. If all the requirements are met we will send you out a new package immediately no more questions asked. In some instances though we may not be able to provide the same strain in the case of said strain being out of stock. If this is the case we will immediately notify you and add an account credit for you to purchase at a later date, you may turn down the account credit if you know what strain(s) you would want to replace any out of stock item(s).
