We will check any missing items against our existing stock. If our stock shows we have the missing item we will immediately replace it. But if you are missing an item please check your packing slip before contacting us. Your item could be missing for one of several valid reasons:
- An Item you Ordered wasn’t in stock and we couldn’t get in touch with you. So we shipped out what we did have and have an account credit for you. Please login to your account and visit your Wallet. Your account credit will be waiting.
- Your Order was to large to ship in one package and you have a second package on the way. If this is the case you will see on the packing slips what is in the 1st package and what is in the 2nd package. Please check your completed order email for both tracking numbers. If only one is present please contact us at [email protected] or visit the Contact link at the top of this page and fill out the form there.
- If the item in question is a Freebie. While we do promise freebies with every order and you will receive freebies guaranteed. The freebie initially promised may have to be different. As stocks are limited on specific freebies. In this case there is nothing for us to do.
