Can I cancel an order?

You absolutely can cancel your order. Your cancellation must be requested before your package ships to receive a full refund. If your package has shipped and you want to cancel the order, you must send the package back to us unopened to receive a refund, and then your refund will have your Total Shipping Cost deducted from it before being refunded to the original payment option used.

If the package is opened all refunds are forfeited. If the package is sent back to us and your refund has been denied to you. To receive these items back you will have to pay a shipping charge to get them returned to you. All items held for longer then 30 days with no response from the buyer will be considered abandoned and destroyed.
